Our community is located in southeast Gwinnett County and sits on 46-acres of land. Our coveted Green Space (know as "The Meadows") is a whopping 25.288 acres, which include 1 natural lake.
We are a planned unit development that is managed and operated by volunteer homeowners serving as Board of Directors and committees for various functions. The Association is responsible for maintenance of common areas, lakes, and recreational areas, along with carrying out other duties and responsibilities as provided in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R’s).
